Addison Speaks!

This is a blog inspired by one of my personal, fictional heroes, the great Addison Dewitt, critic from the film All About Eve. In this blog, I'll pontificate about anything in popular culture that strikes my fancy or irritates me at this point in time. Like the "real" Addison, I'll snark and flail and spit out any comment that seems fitting!

About Me

My photo
Addison Dewitt
I am a media professor and critic teaching from an undisclosed location somewhere in the Midwest. I prefer to remain anonymous as I can't blame these over the top rants on my evil twin when on campus! I doubt my colleagues would believe that some bad force was holding the real "me" captive somewhere while an exact duplicate- or someone who looks completely different and sounds completely different and smells completely different but really had plastic surgery to hide their identical looks- was impersonating me. I'm not this crazy or angry....I just play it on TV. Or on the internet.
